FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY OVER £20
We charge £4 delivery for orders under £20, though you will find that most things on our store qualify for free shipping. We strive to offer an easy & speedy online shopping experience. Orders are dispatched the next working day where possible, we generally use a Next Day Courier Service. If you are buying a gift for a specific occasion (Birthday, Anniversary...etc) or you need it for a specific date, please let us know by adding a message when you place the order, we will do everything possible to accomodate your request.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to the rest of the world via trusted Courier Partners (EG – DHL Express, Fedex). Depending on where the parcel is going, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, or more if you are located in a remote area of the world. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for lost or damaged packages on overseas orders, & we cannot be held liable for any charges imposed by local customs, including Customs Duties and Tariffs. If there are any Customs charges due, the courier company (EG – DHL Express, Fedex) will usually ask you to settle these before they deliver your order. International postage is calculated based on the value of the order, & rates vary between countries:

- Discounted Price £12-£15 per package

Orders over £150
- Delivered via tracked Courier
- Free Shipping to USA, Canada and most of Europe
- We will usually pay for all import duties and Customs Processing Fees on larger shipments, this is at our discretion as a thank you for choosing Lola's Apothecary.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our products are lovingly handmade in small batches, & we ship them as fresh as we possibly can to our valued customers, usually within a few weeks of manufacture.
If you change your mind, we are happy to issue a full refund on any returned product that meets these criteria:
- Products must be returned completely unopened & unused
- Products & packaging must be in perfect condition
- Products must be received by us within four weeks after your delivery date
- If the product was purchased during November or December as a Christmas gift, then we will accept returns up until 15th January, subject to the other criteria being met
